2. Shipping Fees

Free Shipping for Most Regions

We offer free shipping to most countries and regions listed above.

Additional Shipping Fees for Selected Countries

Due to carrier and customs costs, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 USD applies to orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland.Shipping costs (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (EST) on business days will be shipped within 2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Transit Time (Business Days)

  • Standard areas: 1–2 business days
  • Remote areas:  3–5 business days

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • A shipping confirmation email and SMS containing the tracking number will be sent within 1 hour after dispatch.
  • Customers may also track their shipment in real time via “My Account.”

6. Delays or Lost Shipments

  • If there is no tracking update within 5 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team at support@swancodelife.com.
  • We will respond within 24 hours and assist with an investigation or reshipment as needed.

7. Split Shipments

  • Orders containing in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped separately.

  • Pre-order items will be dispatched within 24 hours after arriving at our warehouse, at no additional cost.
